Akhilesh is the Senior Partner of Luthra & Luthra LLP, a leading Chartered Accountancy Firm. Akhilesh brings in 27 years of rich management, consulting and operating experience in varied settings with an entrepreneurial mindset and creatively advised clients in the areas of Business Restructuring, IFRS, Domestic and International Taxation, Indirect Taxation, Corporate law, RBI & FEMA matters etc.
Akhilesh regularly represents a myriad clients before various statutory authorities viz Central Board of Direct Taxes, Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Dispute Resolution Panel ,Company law Board, National Company Law Tribunal etc
He is an Insolvency Professionals registered under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016. He is a veteran in advising corporate entities in distress and formulating plans for their revival.
Akhilesh is also a Regular Faculty for various programmes run by ICAI, IICA and many other management institutions and is a regular Speaker on varied professional issues at number of Platforms.
SHALU KHANNA (B.Com, F.C.A., M.B.A)
Shalu is a practising Chartered Accountant for over 15 years with expertise in International tax – Transfer Pricing (Compliance, Litigation, Advisory, Planning & Documentation) & related Direct Tax matters.
She has successfully represented cases with Dispute Resolution & Appellate Tribunals for transfer pricing across various industries. She has advised on matters related to BEPS and country by country reporting in Transfer Pricing.
She also heads the Payroll Division of the firm as well and contributes regularly to the monthly newsletter on International tax & Transfer Pricing , Payroll & IBC.
She is an Insolvency Professionals registered under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016.
